Refund policy
Cancellations
Once payment has been accepted the order will be deemed to be a binding contract and to cancel you should follow our returns process below. At our discretion it may be possible to cancel your order for example, if it has not yet been picked and packed or in the case of XL Giclee Prints and Canvases, if it has not yet been printed. To request a cancellation you can contact us at info@cathwaters.scot quoting your order number.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Damaged or faulty items will be replaced or refunded in full. You will be provided with a pre-paid returns shipping label for your item.
Returns for any other reason
In accordance with UK distance selling regulations, you must notify us within 14 days if you wish to return your order. Items (except earrings, for hygiene reasons) must be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to cancel and a refund (excluding shipping), will be given within a further 14 days. If your parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or refusal to pay import duties (overseas order) then we will refund your order minus our shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Earring cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Generally, we cannot accept returns on items sold as seconds or end of line or gift cards. If you have bought something as a second and it arrives with damage or flaws not covered in our product description, for example broken in the post, please get in touch at info@cathwaters.scot. Please provide your order number and pictures of the damage.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for items you have already received. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
